The space

Designed by Co-lab design team from LA, Villa Verde showcases the ultimate in tropical living. With an abundance of plants, a private lap pool, and a gorgeous rooftop patio, it has all the features you could want in a holiday home.

The living area fully opens to the pool and all bedrooms have generous windows that open to the lush greenery that surrounds the home. Tropical plants grace the many planter boxes and surround the pool.

The rooftop is the ultimate sunset spot, perched above the tree canopy.

With so much greenery, it is a birder’s paradise.

Villa Verde has a modern kitchen with an island, dishwasher, gas stove and large fridge. The dining table seats 8. There is a custom gas/charcoal barbecue by the pool and plenty of outdoor seating.

The home has tasteful ambient lighting, inside and out, to enjoy evenings under the moon and stars.

The pool has multiple water features and so you can be calmed by the sound of flowing water and the birds that frequent the garden.

The main house has three bedrooms. There is a master bedroom on the main floor with an ensuite bathroom complete with an alfresco bathtub. Two more spacious bedrooms are located on the second floor overlooking the pool. All bedrooms have A/C, king size beds (one can be 2 twins by request), ensuite bathrooms, custom closets, and expansive windows that fully open.

The 4th bedroom is an attached studio that connects to the house and has a private entrance. The studio is complete with a kitchen and private bathroom.

It is a beautiful space, with incredible views, perfect for guests who would like a little more privacy from the rest of the group.

All 4 bedrooms have A/C. The main living area is keep comfortable by a generous expanse of doors open to the pool and garden. The living area does not have A/C.

When you book Villa Verde, you are booking the entire home.

You have full use of the house and the private pool.

Interaction with guests

I am available by email to answer questions and assist with your reservation. We have a concierge to look after you during your stay. You are in good hands.

Other things to note

Villa Verde is solar powered. There is plenty of power to meet your needs, but we ask you to be conscious of your consumption and turn off lights, fans, and A/C when not in use. Electricity is precious.
